Steven Karski has led Alchemy Scientific since 2001, specializing in executive search and consulting for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device organizations. He connects companies with physician and scientific professionals across preclinical development and clinical phases I–IV, supporting searches from Medical Director through Vice President, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and President.

His work spans early-stage biotechnology companies and established pharmaceutical organizations. Steven founded the BioPharma Physicians Group on LinkedIn, connecting physicians with an interest in biotechnology and pharmaceutical development.

Before Alchemy, Steven worked in financial markets at Brown Brothers Harriman. He holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA in International Finance & Communications from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business.

Mibell Andarcia works across executive search, business development, and strategic partnerships at Alchemy Scientific, helping biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical technology organizations identify specialized leaders and connect with scientific and medical expertise.

She partners with founders, executives, and clinical leaders to understand business priorities and support critical hiring and consulting needs. Her work spans clinical development, medical affairs, translational medicine, and scientific leadership, with particular focus on oncology, radiopharmaceuticals and theranostics, medical imaging, neuroscience, neurotechnology, and advanced therapies. She builds targeted talent pipelines across U.S. and international markets and supports assessment, offer strategy, transition, and onboarding.

With a background in biologics and wound-care sales, healthcare operations, and startup business operations, Mibell brings a practical commercial perspective to client relationships, partnership development, and talent decisions.
